In April, our Year 6 cohort enjoyed a visit to Skern Lodge for this year’s residential trip. Skern, in North Devon, is a beautiful site on the banks of the estuary, and this natural environment provides a perfect location for a range of outdoor activities. The children enjoyed kayaking, abseiling, archery, climbing, zip lining, tunnelling and den building. The visit built and strengthened friendships, provided many enjoyable moments and created lovely memories for the children to take with them as they make the step from primary to secondary school.
